125 Queen Street Suites

Standing tall in Auckland’s central business district, is 125 Queen Street – an iconic high-rise tower. Distinguished by its octagonal floor plate, the building presents a unique foundation for creating contemporary speculative suites, suited for a variety of modern tenants.  

Having designed and constructed successful spec solutions over the last four years, Cachet Group returned to continue the journey on levels 9, 10, 11 and 17. The design focused on unlocking the potential of the building, with a thoughtful approach to enhancing natural light and creating a balance between practicality and aesthetics.  

The design process focused on enhancing the overall atmosphere. Breakout spaces were strategically positioned to take advantage of the city views, not only to offer a visual connection to the bustling cityscape but also to serve as an inviting space for collaboration and relaxation.  

Each of the suites had purposeful deep colour palettes, from terracotta and jade to deep navy, carefully chosen to infuse the suits with a sense of distinction and character and bespoke rugs add a final layer of elegance. Central to the design are curved timber screens, which introduced warmth and fluidity to the interiors, while maintaining an industrial edge that resonates with the building’s character.   

The result is a series of suites that offer both functionality and comfort, perfectly suited to the needs of various tenants. With three out of seven suites leased pre-construction and another currently in progress, the project reflects Cachet Group’s commitment to creating spaces that are not only impactful environments for tenants and asset owners alike.
