It was great to partner with the Cachet Group on the refresh of our Sydney office. They took the time to truly understand our business needs and office culture, implementing it into a functional, edgy, and thoughtful design. Similarly, the construction execution in an open environment was thoughtfully conducted with no impact to our business and to the highest quality.

I had the pleasure of working with the Cachet Melbourne team on our new Zurich Melbourne office space and I wanted to extend my thanks for delivering such a beautiful new space. The design perfectly reflects our brand and values, creating an engaging environment that we are all very proud to work in. Cachet supported MYOB by building a design brief & concept that both answered and stretched our project ambitions. Thereafter Cachet supported MYOB through leading the design development & contract administration phases to a successful project close…Cachet met and exceeded my expectations across all project phases. They were very easy to work with for many reasons. Possibly the biggest complement I could give them is to see and constantly hear about how the workplace represents our brand, is enjoyed by our people, and enables them to support our customers.

Working with Cachet on the design and build of our Auckland partner support centre and office was a seamless and engaging process. Cachet took our brief and brought it to life with a design that is both functional and beautiful. We really challenged them with a tight deadline and they rose to the brief, delivering the space on time and finished to an extremely high standard.

It was important for us that our new workplace created a refreshing experience for our staff and clients and the overall design reflected this, perfectly...working through the holiday period was a challenge however, the Cachet team were receptive and communicated well, offering advice and solutions to complete the project to a high standard.

In challenging market conditions, the Cachet team were very intuitive in their speculative suite design for 125 Queen Street – with an intent to not only create a great space but create leasable spaces ready for the post pandemic market. The project was delivered to a high quality, with a design that was desirable and suited to a range of tenants. 2 of the 3 spaces weresuccessfully leased prior or within one month of completion, and we have significant interest in the remaining tenancy. Thanks to the Cachet team for their responsive and pragmatic approach to this successful project partnership

From start to finish, my experience working with Cachet has been fantastic. They met our challenging deadline for the project and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. In the design phase, they worked closely with the brief but were also proactive in finding solutions that elevated the design and made it more functional.
