Workplace design for LiveFirm began with a clear objective. Support growth. Reflect their strength in the construction industry. Create a space that feels confident and refined.
As LiveFirm prepared to relocate, Cachet Group partnered with the team to deliver a workplace design that moves beyond the conventional office. The building’s bold base build features, including the black grid ceiling, set the direction early. The concept leans into a moody and sophisticated palette, expressed through black grooved panelling, walnut timber, ambient lighting, and bespoke joinery detailed with brass accents.
The arrival space sets the tone. A floor to ceiling joinery unit integrates artwork and feature lighting, creating a strong first impression. Around the corner, a lounge area with a whiskey bar inspired kitchenette supports informal meetings and client conversations. Continuous black panelling wraps the space and conceals three hidden doorways, leading to focused work areas and meeting rooms finished with walnut joinery, planting, and layered lighting that reinforce the workplace design intent.
Upstairs, the breakout area becomes the social anchor of the workplace design. High ceilings create scale and presence. Custom brass detailed panelling lines the wall, complemented by tan leather banquette seating and stone tables that mirror the island kitchen. While the kitchen is finished in rich black, the surrounding materials soften the space and create balance. A timber screen with integrated planters separates workstations from collaboration zones, maintaining connection while defining function.
Every element has been selected to support the workplace design narrative. Fluted glass, dark panelling, crafted storage, and timber screens work together to create cohesion. The result is a workplace design for LiveFirm that aligns brand, culture, and performance in one considered environment.
