59 Goulburn Street, a 26-storey office tower, stands tall within the vibrant southern Sydney CBD. With ample natural light, the floorplates provided opportunity for Cachet Group to design and construct a series of beautiful speculative suites across three levels in the building.
Rooted in the traditional ethos of office settings, Cachet’s speculative suite design for these suites incorporated a multitude of workspaces, including meeting rooms, workstations, and inviting breakout zones. The design deliberately exudes an ambiance of both warmth and sophistication to mirror the building’s character. The use of subtle, muted designs selections from the tiling to the modern and elegant finishes provides prospective tenants a blank canvas to envision the space as their new home. Prior to completion, one of the three suites were successfully leased, while the remaining await their new tenant.
