ASSET NEWS – MAY 2026
Hi everyone,
Welcome to our new asset-focused newsletter for landlords and leasing agents. Right now, the pressure to differentiate, lease faster, and extract more value from existing stock has never been greater. In this edition of Space Matters, we’re sharing how we’ve been helping asset owners do exactly that – from strategic tenancy transformations to smarter pre-leasing tools. We hope you enjoy it.
Mark Turek – Managing Director

Full Floor Brisbane Refurbishment Project.
At 12 Creek Street, Cachet delivered a strategic refurbishment for a global events organisation – reusing existing assets to reduce costs and disruption while creating a high-performance workplace.
The result: the tenant secured two additional floors in the same building – a direct signal of occupant confidence, and a strong result for the asset.

Strategic Building Partnership in Melbourne.
At 28 Freshwater Place, a multi-level engagement with JP Morgan is delivering results across the asset.
Spec suites designed to convert and ready to occupy – with more underway. Lobby and amenity upgrades sharpening the arrival experience. Tenant fitouts include an award-winning space for MMG, works for Lendi Group, and an ongoing relationship with Publicis. Make goods and cold shell reinstatements keeping re-leasing timelines tight, supported by 3DXP for vacant floors.
From full fitout to minor works, it’s the kind of end-to-end partnership that moves an asset forward.

Elevating a Sydney Icon.
At Gateway, 1 Macquarie Place, a new wellness amenity delivered in partnership with Dexus is nearing completion – and with it, a meaningful shift in what the building can offer the market.
Amenity investment at this level reframes the asset, strengthens leasing conversations, and gives prospective tenants a tangible reason to commit before they’ve stepped onto the floor. Cachet managed the project from design through to delivery, keeping the outcome aligned to the commercial brief throughout.

Strategic Building Partnership in Auckland.
At 8 Tangihua Street, Cachet has supported the Precint Te Tōangaroa joint venture with staged upgrades across the ground floor, Levels 1, 2 and 5, including a refreshed lobby café, base building upgrades, three speculative suites and a turnkey workplace. Delivered in a live building environment, the works balanced budget, reuse and design quality to improve amenity, create market-ready space and support strong leasing outcomes.

3DXP – Pre-Lease Marketing.
3DXP gives prospective tenants a full 3D view of vacant tenancies, helping them explore layouts, finishes, and possibilities in real time.
A smarter way to support leasing conversations. Web-hosted and easy to access, 3DXP helps landlords reduce friction, accelerate decisions, and strengthen pre-leasing campaigns.
