About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills to effectively manage resources and drive project success.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. You will lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among all members. Additionally, you will monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within financial and time constraints. Regular communication with stakeholders is crucial, as you will provide updates on project status, risks, and milestones to ensure alignment and transparency. You will also identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project impact. Ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations is essential, as is maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

About You:

You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a “can do attitude” being both responsive and proactive, all while having the drive to continue to grow through design research / intelligence and stay current on industry trends.

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in a similar position – strong knowledge & understanding of the Design and Construction industry is essential
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, challenging and highly rewarding environment.
  • Workplace / office fit-out experience essential
