About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects from inception to completion. You will maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, while serving as a liaison between project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure clear and timely communication. Additionally, you will help monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met, support quality control processes to guarantee that all work meets industry standards and client expectations and identify potential project risks while assisting in the development of effective mitigation strategies.
About You:
You will have a hands-on approach whilst instilling a “can do attitude” being both responsive and proactive, all while having the drive to continue to grow through design research / intelligence and stay current on industry trends.
