As Client Relationship & Service Coordinator you will be involved in supporting the Local and Group CRM Team all aspects of management of the CTG 360 Degree CRS Process, from Prospecting (potential clients) through the stage of connecting and pitching, to Existing Client relationship management.
Your core responsibly will be in supporting the securing of work within your local Melbourne market and in support of the wider ANZ regional CRS team. You will develop, contribute, and improve the CRS strategy for the business and be responsible for driving the overall sales of the business to new heights in turn increasing CTG’s market reach, credibility, and industry recognition, with in the local market you are based. We expect that you, have & develop an in-depth local network / peer group, and will be contributing to securing leads within lead generation & research processes, connecting to new clients directly, attending & chairing new meetings / presentations, providing project team enough background, detail & scope, outlining time to comfortably set-up the project and allow them to close out pre-appointment requirements.
