Workday partnered with Cachet to deliver more than just a fitout—they needed guidance from the ground up, starting with site selection. Our team carried out several test fits to ensure the final location supported both their operational needs and vision for a dynamic, people-focused workspace.
The final design stayed aligned with Workday’s global standards while embracing a distinctly Auckland feel. Concrete, timber, and earthy tones grounded the space in its local context. Key functional areas included large breakout zones, front-of-house meeting spaces, and a training hub—all tailored to encourage connection and flexibility. Highlights include a welcoming reception with slatted timber walls, ceiling tiles that add warmth and texture, and playful touches like swings in the waiting area.
