At Cachet Group, we deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces across workplace and commercial assets. As our Melbourne pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Delivery team and help keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, detail-driven and eager to build a career in construction project delivery – working closely with experienced Project Managers, designers and consultants.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you’ll provide responsive, hands-on support across multiple projects, helping ensure delivery milestones are met while maintaining Cachet’s high standards for quality, safety and client experience.
You’ll be involved across planning, procurement, site coordination and administration — gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while playing a critical role in keeping teams aligned and informed.

Experience in construction, fit-out, design or project environments is advantageous, but attitude and capability matter most.
