ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Success Lead at Cachet Group in Sydney, you’ll ensure every space we deliver continues to perform long after handover. This role connects people, place and performance – supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their lease.

You’ll take ownership of onboarding, client care, and the coordination of maintenance, modifications and small works projects. From day one, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients: solving problems, creating opportunities, and helping their workplaces evolve as their business does.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Lead the onboarding experience for new Cachet Care clients, helping them get the most from their new space.
  • Be the key point of contact for all client support – from warranty queries to minor repairs and modifications – managing each with care and precision.
  • Coordinate and oversee Cachet Care work orders, including small works, repairs, and modifications.
  • Supervise sites and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and profitable delivery.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships across client organisations, working closely with the Cachet Sales and Projects teams to support tenant retention and new opportunities.
  • Anticipate client needs, identify improvement or upgrade opportunities, and proactively create solutions that add value.
  • Keep accurate records using project tools to ensure every request is tracked, resolved, and celebrated.

About You

You’re a people-first professional who thrives on relationships and takes pride in seeing projects through from concept to care. You know how to bring calm, clarity and commercial awareness to every situation and you’re not afraid to get hands-on.

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction, fit-out, property, or facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of site operations, safety and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising quality.
  • Experience in managing defects, minor works, or project coordination.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed client expectations.
  • Passion for delivering great spaces – and keeping them that way.
