ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Group Cachet Care Lead, you will shape, manage, and elevate Cachet Care across all Cachet Group locations.
Working closely with the Managing Director, Head of Delivery, and General Managers, you will oversee the end-to-end success of our post-completion client care experience – ensuring every client receives seamless support, exceptional service, and a consistently high-quality onboarding journey.

This role suits a leader experienced in aftercare, post-occupancy support, and facilities maintenance, with a mandate to grow Cachet Care into a scalable and profitable service offering.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the rollout and ongoing management of Cachet Care across all Cachet offices, ensuring consistent, high-quality aftercare and facilities maintenance support.
  • Oversee client onboarding, inspections, defect management, service requests, and post-completion care delivery.
  • Manage and mentor Cachet Care Project Coordinators, ensuring timely responses and a strong client experience.
  • Strengthen systems, processes, and the Asana-based Care platform to improve workflow efficiency and reporting.
  • Develop the Cachet Care business plan, pricing model, and revenue forecasts, and support CRS in converting new and existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and maintenance partners to ensure responsiveness and service quality.
  • Provide structured monthly reporting to the Head of Delivery and Directors on performance, client satisfaction, and operational improvements.

About You

You are a service-driven leader with hands-on experience in aftercare programmes, facilities maintenance, or FM services within the design, construction, or property sector.
You will also bring:

  • Proven experience delivering aftercare, defect management, or post-occupancy maintenance services.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, confident engaging with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to develop and refine operational systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Experience managing and coaching teams, maintaining high service standards.
  • Commercial awareness, including pricing, revenue planning, and service profitability.
  • A proactive, organised, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to client care.
