As a leader in integrated supply chain solutions, Cachet Group partnered with the Kotahi team to transform their new office into a vibrant, playful, and collaborative space. The design captures the essence of their staff and brand while reflecting their core values and fostering stronger connections within teams and with clients.

The goal was to design a workspace that not only mirrors Kotahi’s core values but also fosters stronger connections within teams and with clients. The layout centres around strategically placed work zones, each designed to enhance collaboration and communication. Thoughtful adjacencies between distinct office ‘neighbourhoods’ encourage seamless interaction across all levels of the organization, resulting in a vibrant, functional environment that strengthens teamwork and embodies Kotahi’s unique identity.

Blending functionality with Kotahi’s identity, the design integrates bold, industrial elements that honour the company’s roots in shipping and transport. Meeting rooms at the front-of-house are inspired by container designs, subtly nodding to Kotahi’s legacy. Throughout the space, Kotahi’s signature colours guide movement and enhance visual engagement, while a clean, neutral backdrop supports daily work activities.

At the heart of the office is a flexible breakout area, serving as a focal point for both work and culture. This multifunctional space easily adapts to support team collaboration, social gatherings, and large town hall meetings, meeting a wide range of company needs. It truly sets the tone for the office, bringing people together and fostering a sense of community.
