Working in partnership with Marquette Properties, this project reimagined a 100-person tenancy through a design that prioritises thoughtful reuse. A sophisticated tenancy revitalisation for a global event team, this workspace balances performance, sustainability, and inclusivity. Existing elements were retained and elevated, helping to reduce waste while delivering a high-end result. The outcome is a workplace that feels fresh, refined, and fit for purpose.
Inspired by Queensland’s natural beauty, the design features a warm palette of earthy tones and deep greens, layered with Indigenous-inspired detailing. These touches ground the space in place and create a strong sense of welcome and identity.
A generous front-of-house space includes premium meeting rooms and a fully equipped boardroom, setting a professional tone for visitors and team members alike. Open-plan breakout zones foster connection and collaboration, while the entire floor exceeds accessibility benchmarks—ensuring a truly inclusive and functional environment.
