Site Manager

As a Site Manager – Brisbane at Cachet Group, you will lead the daily delivery of commercial construction fitout projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
You’ll take ownership of your site, drive progress, coordinate teams, and represent Cachet with professionalism and integrity.

Our projects span workplace, mixed-use commercial, industrial, retail, assets and more across both new-build fitout and refurbishment environments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and manage all on-site activity from start to finish — own your project.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations; maintain a safe, well-run site at all times.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays early, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Monitor programme, budget and resource use to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to uphold Cachet’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain accurate site reporting, documentation, and communication.

About You

• Proven experience 5 years + as a Site Manager delivering new-build or refurbishment projects.
• Hold a QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – Mid Rise or above and current First Aid certification.
• Strong working knowledge of construction processes, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Confident communicator and adaptable leader with the ability to build rapport across teams.
• Strong problem-solver with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
