ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Site Manager at Cachet Group, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our construction and fit-out projects. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, on budget and to Cachet’s high standards of quality.

Working closely with project managers, contractors and clients, you’ll bring structure, energy and attention to detail to every stage of the build. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — you’ll coordinate teams, solve problems on the spot, and create a positive, professional site culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee daily site operations across commercial fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Monitor programme, budget and resource use to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with workplace regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports and progress updates.
  • Resolve on-site challenges quickly and confidently to keep work on track.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork between trades, contractors and clients.
  • Represent Cachet with professionalism, ensuring every project reflects our reputation for excellence.

About You
You’re an experienced, solutions-driven Site Manager who leads from the front. You combine strong technical knowledge with clear communication and a genuine pride in quality workmanship. You bring calm under pressure, respect for safety, and a positive attitude that motivates those around you.

  • 5+ years’ experience in site management or a similar role within the construction or fit-out industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
