About the Role:

As a Site Manager at Cachet Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients, you will play a key role in driving the success of each project from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction sites, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project timelines and objectives.
  • Ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage site budgets, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and financial targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports on progress, safety protocols, and any changes to the project scope.
  • Enforce health and safety standards and ensure that all work complies with industry regulations.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, providing timely solutions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment among site workers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

About You:

You will be a proactive and solution-focused Site Manager with a hands-on approach, leading by example and always striving to exceed project expectations. You will bring energy, focus, and a “can-do” attitude to your role, while ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in site management or a similar position – a strong background in the construction industry is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in managing health and safety requirements on site.
  • Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • A positive and collaborative attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and the company’s core values.
