Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager at Cachet Group, you’ll lead the on-site delivery of high-end commercial fit-outs, managing projects from design handover through to completion. You’ll be the driving force that keeps programmes on track, teams aligned, and quality uncompromised.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coordinate subcontractors, guide site teams, and collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to bring each vision to life. You’ll thrive in dynamic environments, solving challenges in real time and ensuring every project reflects Cachet’s commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily on-site operations across multiple fit-out projects.
• Lead, coordinate and motivate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to meet programme milestones.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and resources: flagging risks early and driving proactive solutions.
• Ensure safety is paramount, upholding Cachet’s standards and all WHS requirements.
• Oversee quality control, compliance and documentation to deliver every project to a high standard.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and project partners.
• Support the broader project team in achieving seamless design-to-delivery outcomes.

About You
You’re a practical, solutions-focused professional who thrives on seeing a project take shape and you know how to lead from the front.

With a balance of technical expertise and people skills, you bring confidence to every site and pride in every detail.

• 5+ years’ experience in site or construction management, ideally within commercial fit-out or interiors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and WHS practices.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire high-performing site teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractors simultaneously.
• A hands-on, collaborative approach with a passion for quality craftsmanship and smooth delivery.
