Join a team that’s redefining how clients experience design and delivery across Australia and New Zealand.
At Cachet Group, relationships sit at the heart of everything we do. As our Client Relationship & Service Coordinator in Sydney, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Client Relationship & Service (CRS) team – helping identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and ensure every engagement reflects the quality and care Cachet is known for.
This is a people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys connection, communication, and being involved across the full client journey – from early conversations through to ongoing client care.
About the Role
Working closely with the local and Australian sales team, you’ll support the end-to-end CRS process – from prospecting and pitching through to existing client relationship management. You’ll help drive local pipeline activity while contributing to broader regional growth initiatives.
You’ll be involved in developing and improving strategies, supporting the securing of new work, and ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their engagement with Cachet.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Support lead generation, research and prospecting activities across your local market
• Assist with client outreach, introductions, meetings and presentations
• Help prepare project teams with clear background, scope and context before project commencement
• Support the setup and handover of secured projects to ensure a smooth transition into delivery
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure expectations are met throughout the engagement
• Assist with ongoing client care initiatives, including the Cachet Care programme
• Contribute to pipeline development across new clients, sectors and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the CRS Director, CRM team and project teams across ANZ
About You
• Experience in property, construction, design or a related industry is advantageous (but not essential)
• A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and working with people
• Confident, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curious and commercially minded, with an interest in business development and client service
• Able to use initiative, problem-solve and think on your feet
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable
• Positive, calm and professional in your approach
• Aligned with Cachet’s values of Joy, Integrity and Excellence
Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll join a team that’s passionate about what we do and how we do it – blending professionalism with personality.
Expect collaboration, autonomy, and a workplace that values ideas as much as outcomes.
Please note, applicants must have a right to work in Australia.
