About the Role:

As a Site Coordinator at Cachet Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of construction sites, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with Site Managers, contractors, and clients to assist in the coordination and execution of various construction projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination of construction site activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the Site Manager in monitoring project progress and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage logistics, materials, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, and any changes to the project.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and assist with on-site safety inspections.
  • Act as a point of contact for on-site workers, resolving issues and providing solutions where necessary.
  • Assist in tracking project costs and managing site budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure work meets the required standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment on-site, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

About You:

You will be an organized and proactive individual, able to manage multiple tasks and support the overall success of a construction project. You’ll bring a “can-do” attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a similar position – with a strong understanding of the construction industry preferred.
  • Good knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities at once.
  • Experience in site coordination or a related role is desirable.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to support the Site Manager and team.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
