About the Role:

As a Senior Interior Designer at Cachet Group, you will be at the forefront of creating innovative and functional interior spaces for our diverse range of projects. You will work closely with clients, vendors and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet both aesthetic and practical needs. This role requires a strong design vision, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that designs align with client needs and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and goals, offering expert design advice and solutions.
  • Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.
  • Present design proposals to clients, adjusting concepts based on feedback while maintaining the integrity of the original vision.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and innovations to bring fresh ideas to each project.

About You:

You will be a highly creative and strategic Senior Interior Designer with a passion for delivering exceptional spaces. Your ability to manage and inspire a design team, combined with your keen eye for detail, will drive successful project outcomes and exceed client expectations.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design – with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in commercial design.
  • Extensive knowledge of design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading design teams.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for innovation and staying current with design trends.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
